The administrative buildings of the Bahá’í World Centre are also a part of the Bahá’í properties in Haifa. They are arranged in the form of an arc centred on gardens containing the resting places of members of Bahá’u’lláh’s family.

Seat of the Universal House of Justice. The international governing body of the worldwide Bahá’í community comprises nine Bahá’ís elected democratically once every five years.
Building of the International Teaching Centre. This institution promotes the worldwide development of Bahá’í communities.
In the Centre for the Study of the Texts the Bahá’í Holy Writings and related historical documents are researched and translated.

The International Bahá’í Archives contains the personal effects and Holy Writings of Bahá’u’lláh and the Báb, as well as other historical relics.
The Monument Gardens contain four monuments erected over the resting places of Bahá’u’lláh’s wife Ásíyih, His daughter Bahíyyih, His son Mírzá Mihdí and ‘Abdu’l-Bahá’s wife Munírih.
